Microsoft has released two apps for Android, developed under the initiative Garage program, which helps and encourages employees to develop their ideas on the project interlude.
The first application to Android lock screen is called "Next Lock Screen". It aims to give users access to the most used functions on their phone. This is similar to how notifications and reminders that appear on your iOS device, the user is given a glimpse of the content of the notification and the option to take action by sliding the notification options.
Next, look at the bottom of the lockscreen there is access to the most commonly used applications like dialer, contacts, messaging, etc. belong to some producers like to do with their custom Android skins. This section can be customized and can expand to show other applications. It also can be set to hold different applications, depending on whether you're at work, at home.
The second application is the "Journey & Notes" - a mixture of a traveler and social networks. This allows you to "annotate" wherever you go, whether it's along your route daily, sightseeing, hiking, etc. You can also read other people's notes, or leave tips for other travelers, remind them not to miss nice view, warning them of the threat, or just give a nice message.
